I use SEGGER J-Flash,
and I run "Full with zero".
J-Flash write 0x00 to 0x18000000~0x181FFFFF.
Then I could not access(include read) any flash memory.
Have any means that can help me?
You can erase the internal SPI flash completely to come out of this state. Attached is the code which does this. It is in SRAM-based configuration. So, keep BMODE=3, and then open, build & run the code. Let me know if it solves your issue.
BTW, it is not clear why you are writing 0x00 to all the flash locations? Can you provide more details about it?
The true is that
My J-link is fault when it run "Fill with zero".
But your response was very helpful.
It allows me to find the problem accelerated.
Thank you very much.
