Re: I2C serial programming error on I2CWSD_7023

Background:

We have implemented flash protection to save some proprietary data on the flash. When you put this protection you won't be able to debug the code through the Rowley Crossworks. We have ADuc7023 evalboard from Analog Devices and our engineers sometimes accidentally load the protected code, which makes eval board not useful for debugging. We followed I2C programming guide mentioned at http://www.analog.com/static/imported-files/user_guides/UG_176.pdf

And we also downloaded the I2CWSD_7023 evalboard software too.

Issue:

When we try to program/mass erase, it gives a message saying "Invalid argument was encountered"

Any idea how to get the i2c programming working? We have proper hex file and proper connection and drivers for the eval board.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks.
