I would like to know if the Serial Configurable Port (SCP) pins (SCCLK/SCIN) from AD7634 are in high impedance when the SCCS (Serial Configuration Chip Select) pin is high.
The datasheet states that “Two signals /CS and /RD control the interface. When at least one of these signals is high, the interface outputs are high impedance.” Also, when the software configuration mode is used, configuration pins like the the OB/2C, WARP, IMPULSE, etc are in high impedance. Since the /SCCS is an active low input that enables the serial configuration port, SCCLK and SCIN will be in high impedance when it is /SCCS is set high.
We are looking into this. I'll get back to you soon.
Ok Karen! Thank you!
