Is it possible to put capacitors on both inputs of a fully differential op-amp to block dc signal ?
I assume diff op-amp input will get the bias voltages from the feedback resistors, so it should work with the caps
Since you are using AD8476, there is no need for additional resistor to ground. that's only applicable for ac coupled inamps and opamps. Sorry for the confusion.

Feedback resistors will not provide bias voltages. You can add bias resistor for biasing.
Note that you must provide DC return path for bias current in AC coupled inputs.
