We began offering IBIS models (not SPICE) for high speed ADCs some time ago, but this product was developed many years before that, so they are not available for the AD9200. Could I suggest a newer device, the AD9609 for which models are available?

For the clock input, it is a CMOS inverter, so the input current will be < +/-10uA. We do not recommend drawing more current than the 1.6mA specified as the test condition.
