AD7747 - Windows 7 support and LabVIEW implementation.

Hello engineering support forums,

I am a customer using the AD7747 24-Bit Capacitance-to-Digital Converter with Temperature Sensor eval board. In order to get the board communicating with the computer, I had to install a windows XP virtual machine on my workstation. I would like to utilize the evaluation software in a more robust way, and as I move forward I would like to program in LabVIEW for my own implementation.

Currently, it seems that Windows 7 fails to recognize the device at all and has no native driver support. Is there any driver support available for Win 7 and this product?

Also, the evaluation software seems to be running at least some level of LabVIEW implementation. Is it still possible to interface the evaluation board directly with LabVIEW? If so, how do I achieve this?

Thanks for your time,

William Wilson

P.S. Here are some of my system's specifications:

CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU W5590 @ 3.33 GHz 3.33 GHz

RAM: 24.0 GB

System: 64-bit OS Windows 7 Enterprise
