ADV7441A - fixing color swap with DVI input disconnect?

Have DVI input on ADV7441A link A, 20-bit 4:2:2 pixel output on P[19:0] (CP processor mode 7). When the DVI cable is unplugged and re-plugged, the blue and red may swap. How do I fix this problem? How do I generate an interrupt in the event of cable disconnection?

I've tried the following without success:

  1. Enable or disable CP_CSC.
  2. INP_COLOR_SPACE[2:0]: Automatic input color space selection, or RGB 3. Enable or disable PLL_FREE_RUN_EN.
  3. Enable or disable HDMI_FRUN_EN.
  4. Set the mask bits on CP_UNLOCK_MSKB, TMDS_CLK_A_MB1, VIDEO_PLL_LCK_MB1, but unable to trigger an interrupt when unplug the cable.

Note that we don't see the color swap problem on CVBS input.

Any suggestiosn would be most appreciated.  Thanks.
