That's OK! I understand where you are coming from. According to the Wikipedia link I posted above, this varies by ~0.7% over the earth's surface. I am sorry that I can't find the calculation I did before for this, but I would probably start with the Latitude model, using the location I posted. Let me know what you come up with.

I am sorry that we weren't in a better position to support Linux development. We just aren't in a position to offer direct software development support around the EVAL-ADIS platform. While we do not support an official Software Development Kit (SDK) for this evaluation system, we have posted a number of examples that might be helpful. Is there any way to stream the real time IMU data?
I am not 100% sure that I understand what you mean by "stream the real time IMU data." As I understand it, data communication happens in packets that can vary in length (number of samples). In that mode of operation, it will support continuous collection of data, without missing any samples.
1- What is the format of the packets?
2- Is there any code to read these packets?
3- In your IMU-Evaluation software PDF file, there is a library of DLLs. Why I cannot find it or why it has not been shipped to us?

This is what we have at this time.
Finally I could succeed to read the port. But still the numbers does not make sense. I need a map to convert the IMU output to the time in [s], accelerations in [m/s^2] and angular rate in [rad/s]. May I ask you to send me the map or any documentation to explain how to convert the data?

Just checking back in. Are you able to read data that makes sense now or can you offer a specific example that includes device orientation (or motion), along with the register data?
Thank you for the follow up. I am reading the IMU output, but I put it aside to process them later. In order to calculate the magnitude of g, should I use 9.798 as a constant or I should estimate the local gravity using your excel sheet?
I apologize for asking this question couple of times, I want to make sure I estimate the most accurate IMU positioning.
