I use BF518, and my board has a SDRAM 64M(MT48LC32M16A2TG-75). My program environment is VisualDSP 5.0 update 10. In my code I use uc/os-II and the file system FatFs.

When I rum my program, this problem is always appear. In the beginning, because my code is too muc big. So the problem is excause 0x2a. Then I put some code to SDRAM. So the problem is EXCAUSE 0x21.

In this community, I find many prompts. Before I use SDRAM I must configure EBIU. Then I configure the EBIU SDC registers through .xml. At last, this problem is existing. How should I fix it?

This board CCLK is 400Mhz, SCLK is 100Mhz. First I add this .xml. Then I test my SDRAM. The testSDRAM.c is my program. The SDRAM is ok.
