For now we are running the ADV7611 chip connected to the KDO70D20 LCD display. This is a 7" 1024 x 600 RGB display . Spec attached
I'm inputting 720i50frames HDMI data into the ADV7611 chip. The chip is forced to run in free-run mode. This way we are getting video displayed. But because the display only has 1024x600 pixels some part of the video is getting cut off. So now I'm scaling the video until it fits on the screen. (Which is a bit of a hack just to get going).
The moment I take the ADV7611 chip out of the freerun mode, the video starts scrolling vertically. This indicates a vertical sync issue, but since the 1024x600 pixels of the LCD display is not a standard video resolution, its difficult to set the sync correctly.
I'm also, in parallel trying to get the audio going as well, so any help there would be helpful as well.
