Display preprocessor output

I have some #defines in my C++ code and I'd like to see what values they are being expanded too.  I tried using the #warning direction but it doesn't display the expanded macro definition.  Or is there a compiler flag to generate a file with the preprocessor output?

Thanks,

Chris
