Accubeat, one of my castomers is interested in ADCLK948 for high resolution counter application.

Clock frequency: 10MHz, rise time and a fall time is 10nsec.

For the P/N: ADCLK948, after defining the skew for each of the outputs, does the skews are fixed from power-up to power-up?

Yes. The only time you have a power cycle to power cycle variation is when you're doing frequency division. For instance, if you do a divide by 2, you have two possible phases (0 and 180 deg) for the output clock and you may get zero degrees on one power up, and 180 on the next.

You will still get skew variation on the ADCLK948, but will be entirely due to power supply voltage, temperature and part-to-part variation.
