Either 1366x768@60HZ or 1440x900@60HZ is my HDMI source，but i don't know how to set the adv7611. Table 6 doesn't mention this in UG-180.PDF file.
I am assuming that you have an evaluation board and the necessary script files to evaluate the part.
There is really nothing to set in the part if you already have a working script.
The part should o/p the video signal from the HDMI source provided the EDID content reflects 1366x768@60HZ or 1440x900@60HZ. Mind you, you might also need to set the following registers below accordingly.
98 01 06 ; Prim_Mode =110b HDMI-GR
98 02 F2 ; Auto CSC, RGB enabled.
98 03 40 ; 24 bit SDR 444

There appears to be no VID_STDs defined in the part for the WXGA input resolutions. However, programming the number of lines per frame for each input video is equivalent to using a defined VID_STD in the part. To do this you would need to input the number of lines per frame in the CP_LCOUNT_MAX register and set the INTERLACED bit to '1'.
For free run mode 1 the following I2C writes will need to be done:
44 91 40 // CP core expects a progressive input [INTERLACED bit]
44 AB[7:0] // number of lines per frame for the WXGA input resolutions [CP_LCOUNT_MAX]
44 AC[7:4] // number of lines per frame for the WXGA input resolutions [CP_LCOUNT_MAX]
44 BA 03 // HDMI Free Run mode 1
44 C9 01 // Disable the buffering of measured parameters set to '1'
