The software engineer who is working with the ADG2188 Eval Board is having difficulty getting started with communicating using the I2C interface. Are there any software routines available that might be helpful?
Find attached the .frm for the device status.
Can you elaborate on the difficulties you are seeing? This part conforms to typical I2C standards.
Thanks for your help... anyway I went back to the basics of I2C communication and found there were basic I2C startup and initialization issues. Now everything is OK and we have good communication.
At this point the software guys like your GUI so they are asking if those routines can be shared so we can build them into our debugging software. Of particular interest is the Status GUI that shows the status of all the 64 switches. Is that available?
The evaluation software has been written in the VB6 environment. THe code for the status form is available as a ".frm".
Are you looking for the full form details, or only the background code?
Sorry not to respond before. The VB6 environment is workable with form files. We are most interested in utilizing the code the makes status screen so I'd guess the full form details are of interest.
Let me know how this software can be transfered. BTW I've finished the design of the signal paths through the ADG2188. We are handling professional grade audio signals and our initial tests show the crosspoint matrix handles the signals will very low and acceptable distortion.
Got it and thank you!
Do you have source code of ADG2188?
Do you have the full source code of ADG2188 eval board? Could I get the source code?
