What is your MCLK frequency? I don't see that anywhere in your PDF.
Sorry, My MCLK is 30Mhz and I also test 27Mhz.But still it do not work yet.
That would put your JCLK at only 60Mhz or 54Mhz which may not be enough depending on your VCLK. Please read the user guide on the section of PLL_LO to figure out how you should be settting that.
However, not getting an ACK on a direct register read/write is a very basic problem. Assuming your issue isn't JCLK-- it really only leaves power issues / manufacturing defect issues. How much current can your 1.5V core supply provide?
Very sorry for my delay.
The max current our 1.5v core can supply is 3A. Someone work with me tell me it may enough and let me don't worry that. We have checked the voltage of 1.5v is ok when the program running. They said the current is not easy to check and voltage of 1.5v is good means the current surely good. Are they right?
Now our lab is making a new board for checking if there are the hardware problems.
Besides the current, if there are other points I haven't noticed which lead to the problem.
3A is enough-- usually you need 1A or more per ADV212. Noise on 1.5V can often be a problem as well but it would fail randomly, not fail to ACK like that.
Your problem is very basic, it's likely to be a hardware related issue. There aren't any settings that would cause a failure like that that I can think of.
