Block-based TalkThru & USB Loopback

I would like to use Analog Devices' Block-based TalkThru program with Analog Devices' USB Loopback programs.

I would like to be able to receive analog signals which the CODEC then converts to digital form and sends to the DSP for processing and digital-to-analog conversion (all this with DMA chaining using 3 blocks). I would like to be able to send the data in the Processing block to the PC for processing and then send the processed data from the PC back to the DSP.

How can I do that? I suppose I'll need to use interrupts but how?
