BF609

Here are issues reported by customer:

"We have a problem with three different things.

1 - poor network performance. Tested kernel versions was 3.3.0 and 3.10.0. Tester reports: "unstable or packets loss ,or network card dead" for kernel 3.3 and "about the network, the performance is not bad, it's only lose a little packets when running" for kernel 3.10.x

2 - none of those svn addresses doesn't work : http://blackfin.uclinux.org/doku.php?id=version_control_systems

3 - we are trying to get extra power from second core of BF609. To increase Asterisk's performance. Tester reports: "When concurrent calls is 14 (28 active channels), the CPU resource is free 0%".

We'll be satisfied, when number of concurrent calls will equal or more than 25."
