I need a technical assistance to design a 3Mhz function generator.
Let me know if there any specific IC or application circuit or Evaluation board to generate a frequency from 1 Hz to 3 Mhz.

All our DDSs can generate that band of frequency (1Hz to 3MHz). You may refer to FAQ of DDS Chart for the list of DDSs and their features.
What will be your frequency step? Take note that the frequency step of each DDS is dependent on the System clock (Fsysclk) and the FTW bits (N). Please refer to the equation:
Fdds = (FTW / 2^N) * Fsysclk
If you want square & triangle outputs, you can start with AD9834. However, you need external circuitry to do the amplitude modulation. You may refer to CN0156 for reference.
what DC offset value do you need? The AD9834 has maximum of 0.6Vpp output each IOUT and IOUTB. Thus, you need to have external circuitry for 20Vpp output.

I would suggest you start by looking at DDS chips. I think that this is the most practical approach for such a wide frequency range. I am going to move this discussion to the DDS community.
"Generate a frequency" is not specific enough. You have to know what kind of waveform you need and specify spectral purity, frequency accuracy, etc.
