SHARC 21369 EZ Kit SDRAM memory

I was reading SHARC 21369 EZ kit manual and I couldn't understand the memory addressing for the SDRAM.

On page X you say that it has an SDRAM with 4 banks, each has 1M x 32 bits. So I'd expect 4M addresses (words) in memory map. But in page 1-8 you provide SDRAM memory map as being:

  • Start: 0x0800 0000;
  • End:  0x08FF 0000.

According to this memory map it should have 0xFF 0000 words, which aprox. four times the 4M addresses we was expecting (from page X).

How may I understand these information?

P.S.: I'm reading ADSP-21369 EZ-KIT Lite Evaluation System Manual Revision 2.0, June 2006.
