I have a problem with large temperature drift of gain at high frequecies of input signal.
I use ADC AD9244BST-40. Input signal frequency is 180 MHz. ADC clock frequency is 11 MHz.
Temperature drift of gain for 180 MHz signal is 1000-2000 ppm/degree.
Is it normal ?
Temperature drift of gain for DC signal corresponds to Datasheet - is approximately 20 ppm/degree.
