As connect shunt with ADE7953?
Just a few things, what are you using for your current measurement, shunt, CT or rogowski coil?
I don't see anything about the connection to the Pad, make sure to connect that to AGND and DGND. Another thing, the VDD pin should be decoupled with a 10 uF capacitor in parallel with a 100nF ceramic capacitor.
my meter i am using shunt! about PAD not in Datasheet ! i think that PAD only for mounting? or you have other information for PAD? Than when i connect this meter with current and voltage small current after 200mA only showed 170mA. But i need that meter show in 20mA?
That is currently being changed on the data sheet and will be updated soon, it is now recommended to connect the PAD to AGND and DGND.
For the current values are you reading this in IRMS? What values are you reading that it won't go under 200mA?

I have 2 problem with ADE7953! I use ADE7953 in meter with shunt, but in calibrating process in CFoutput ADE753 and Reference Meter no lineraty between 10A and 1A? Please can you showing as connect ADE7953 with shunt? and in process calibrating small current showed 20mA only PGA_IA - 8?
With the use of a transformer is not a problem and the linearity error is not a problem at small currents?
Can be used when using a shunt which is the chip for hobbies mV ?
what actions need to calibrate when small currents when using a shunt?

What is the actual hex, decimal, or binary value in the IRMSA register that you are reading?
For the PGA gain the major consideration is to gain up the input value without exceeding the input fullscale amplitude of 500mV.
The calibration procedure for a Shunt is that same as for a CT except a shunt will not need phase calibration. A shunt is connected in series with your load and the has two terminals across which the resistance is known in order to get accurate measurements.
On your official website, I saw that the ADE chips are divided into electrical transformer and shunt. ADE7953 to tell me please what are? because I ADE7953 on the transformer normally works?
The ADE7953 works with both a shunt or current transformer. The performance is the same with both except the current transformer usually requires phase calibration One important thing to note about the current transformer is that burden resistors need to be soldered onto the board at R1 and R2 for a current transformer on current channel A and at R3 and R4 for a current transformer on current channel B. Without these burden resistors it will not work properly, while with shunts, R1, R2, R3 and R4 must be left open.
This issue about no linearity between 1A and 10A, do you have any further data you can attach? I need some more information on exactly what's going wrong at this point in order to help you debug.
For accurate readings at low current levels offset calibration should preformed. For active energy, follow "Active Energy Offset Calibration" on page 7, for RMS readings, follow "RMS offset" on page 8 of http://www.analog.com/static/imported-files/application_notes/AN-1118.pdf. These offset calibrations should be done at 1000:1 of fullscale.
