ADV7611 DVP Program Error Messages

Whilst evaluating ADV7611, the customer is seeing a problem. After the Eval Software and XRC script installation, he sees the attached error messages when clicked on the user interface tab such as CP, DPLL, and Repeater... The error messages sometime may go away when he switches on/off the DC power supply and the software driver SW3.  What do these errors message means?
