ADSP-21469 EZ-Kit Lite SPIB Output

I'm having trouble seeing my SPIB_CLK come out on the DPI Pins. I'm able to see the SPIB_MOSI signals on my scope on the correct DPI pin but when I check the CLK pin I just the the clock remain in a high state during transmission. I believe I am not setting up my SRU correctly, which I have copied below.

SRU (HIGH            , DPI_PBEN12_I);

SRU (SPIB_FLG0_PBEN_O, DPI_PBEN11_I);

SRU (SPIB_MISO_PBEN_O, DPI_PBEN07_I);

SRU (SPIB_MOSI_PBEN_O, DPI_PBEN08_I);

SRU (SPIB_FLG0_O, DPI_PB11_I);

SRU (SPIB_CLK_O, DPI_PB12_I);

SRU (DPI_PB07_O, SPIB_MISO_I);

SRU (SPIB_MOSI_O, DPI_PB08_I);

My setup for SPIB is:

*pSPICTL = (SPIEN | SPIMS | WL32 | MSBF | GM | CPHASE | SENDZ | TIMOD1)

*pSPIBAUD = 100;

*pSPIFLG = (0xF00 | DS0EN);

Is this the correct setup to have my SPIB output on the DPI pins as assigned (CLK -> DPI 12, FLG -> DPI 11, MOSI -> DPI 8, MISO -> DPI 7)?
