Powering OP choices

Now I am designing a 16-bits A to D PCI-E card, I plan to use ADA4817 (1st stage), ADA4938 (2nd stage, ADC driver), AD9650 (ADC, 16 bits, 80M).

For powering OP, I need +/- 5V.

Before I did it with linear regulation, then I notice ADI application note AN-1211

"Powering the AD9268 Dual Channel 16-Bit, 125 MSPS Analog-to-Digital Converter with the ADP2114 Synchronous Step-Down DC-to-DC Regulator for Increased Efficiency".

My question is,  if I want to use similar way of AN-1211 for +/-5V power, what choice do I have from ADI?

(Now I have 3.3V and 12V power from PCI-E Slot)

Thanks for your help.
