magnitude response of FIR lp filter from Matlab is not same as EE350 shown

Dear Sir:

 

I used Zip file attached to EE-350 and get the coefficients of FIR filter

 

fract16 coefs4[298] = {

        0,      0,      0,      1,      3,      5,      9,     15,     23,

       32,     44,     57,     72,     86,    100,    111,    118,    121,

      117,    108,     93,     72,     47,     20,     -7,    -31,    -50,

      -63,    -68,    -64,    -52,    -34,    -13,     10,     31,     47,

       56,     57,     49,     35,     15,     -8,    -29,    -46,    -56,

      -57,    -49,    -34,    -12,     12,     34,     52,     61,     61,

....};

 

then I copy coefs4 to matlab and use commend fvtool(coefs4/16384), the magnitude response of FIR filter do not same as Figure 7 in page 7 of EE-350.

 

Please help me figure out what wrong I am doing.
