ADV7393's RGB analog output has 300mv offset

I have designed the ADV7393/1 into a 60Hz, VGA, RGB output, progressive video application running at an input 54Mhz clock rate. Everything seems to work correctly except for the fact that I get a 300mv offset on each one of the three analog output signals.  Instead of the analog signals going from 0 to 0.7V, each one of them goes from 0.30V to 1.00V as the YCrCb input video information goes from monochrome dark to white.  I have reviewed the data sheet and not been able to find any specific mention of this offset.

Is there a way to get rid of this 300mv offset and have the RGB analog outputs go from 0V - 0.7V??

Thanks for any information that anyone might be able to provide on this subject.
