Is a licensed installation of LabView a prerequisite to use of AD9833 eval software?

Is a licensed installation of any level or version of  LabView a prerequisite to use of AD9833 eval software in EVAL-AD9833SDZ ?


User Guide UG-272 states this at installation instructions:


"To install the software, follow these steps: 1. Install the software before connecting the SDP board to the USB port of the PC. 2. Start the Windows operating system and insert the EVAL-AD9833SDZ evaluation kit CD. 3. Download the AD9833SDZ LabVIEW® software. The correct driver, SDPDriversNET, for the SDP board should download automatically after LabVIEW is downloaded, supporting both 32- and 64-bit systems. However, if the drivers do not download automatically, the driver executable file can also be found in the Program Files/Analog Devices folder. Follow the on-screen prompts to install the SDPDriverNet Version 4. After installation of.....


It is not clear whether provision of LabView is in any way a requirement to run the ADI eval tools.


What will happen if at step 3, there is no licensed copy of Labview present in the target PC?
