Would it be possible to use an ADV 7623 in conjuction with the 21369 to feed in HDMI input? I'm looking to get 6 to 8 inputs into the system and 22 outs.

Could you please provide the block diagrams explaining the interface details of the ADV7622 with the ADSP-21369 SHARC processor.
Also kindly explain more clearly, what issue do you face from the SHARC processor end.

I wanted to know IF it's possible to get HDMI input into a 21369.
The issue is, the 21369 doesn't have a port that I can connect the HDMI adapter board to, as far as I can see...I just wanted to confirm if it's actually possible to get upto 8 inputs and 22 outs somehow from the 21369.
As such ADSP-21369 does not have a connector which can be used to connect to the HDMI adaptor directly. Hence ADV7622 can be used and controlled using the TWI module of the ADSP-21369 processor.

If you just want to control the ADV7622/ADV7623 using ADSP-21369 then you can follow as Harshit suggested.

Yes, I intend to process the audio and not just control the ADV board.
Since you just need the audio data, the best thing, as said by Harshit as well, is to hook up the APx_OUT (Audio Output Port) of the ADV7622 to the IDP (DAI Ports) module of the SHARC ADSP-2136x. This way you can do the processing on the audio data.
