1940 hot problem

     I'm using the ad1940 in my system. In my system, the 1940 's sample rate is 96k. Number of instructions used  = 750.

     At the start of the work, it working well.But after a period of time,the temperature of the IC to rise . When the  temperature is about 50 ~ 60 degrees Celsius, the 1940 would out of ctrl, it would made strange noises, as the temperature increases, the problem is more and more serious.. But with the cold wind cooling it, and will be back to normal.

    please how to solve the hot problem????
