Please Tell, Weather i can connect Neutral Signal to PIN no 13 of ADE 7758 as per connections Mentioned in Test Circuit in Data Sheet.
If not then please tell me right way of connecting it.
Yes. You can attach the neutral line to the pin 13 of the IC. An anti-alias filter, with the same corner as on the other voltage leg, is placed on pin 13 so that the noise profile going into the chip is the same from both pins. The recommended procedure is to go with how we have on the Evaluation board manual. Kindly look at the schematic towards the end of the document to understand the jumper options made available on the neutral voltage. This will give the much needed flexibility.

But now i m facing new problem, I m trying read Frequency on Phase A, i have enabled phase A interrupt.But due to Noise present in 230V Phase signal i m getting Random Interrupt due to Spike in the phase.Spike period is 2us. i have checked it on oscilloscope.
But when i gave sinosadal signal of 50Hz ,300mv from Fuction Generator i m getting only One Interrupt every 20ms from negative to positive Transition i m getting accurate reading of around 800.
please tell me how can i avoid Spikes in my Phase signal and pass 50Hz signal.
It depends upon what spurious signals they are and how you would like to deal with them. I would start by getting the spectral data (FFT) of that corrupted signal. This would intimate if there are harmonics and if so, which harmonics are present. Then you could filter them out using a LPF if you don't feel the need to quantify them in your application. ADE7758 has a 14 KHz measurement bandwidth. If the spurious signals turn out to be spikes or some transient noise pulses, then some sort of protection circuitry can be used suitably to prevent those kinds of spikes from impacting the setup and suitable filtering can be done to remove that.
Can you please mention what protection circuit and filters can be used.I have Used different Capacitor(470pf,680pf,1.5nf and 2.4nf) instead of 33nf meantioned in Data sheets.But i m unable to eliminate Spikes.
Is there any Application Note of Analog Devices which i can Refer for my Problem.
To my earlier point, have you taken the frequency spectrum of the input signal and analysed it? Kindly attach a spectrum plot or FFT of the signal applied. Also, probe the signal with an oscilloscope and attach here. The protection circuit or filtering is completely based on the nature of distortion seen and it is an application decision to decide to either represent it as is or eliminate it.
