I am using BF-548, please tell about the precharge pin of DDR Controller of this DSP.
I have moved this question from the Processors and DSP community to the Blackfin Processors community. Please continue the discussion here.
Please also post any future questions regarding Blackfin processors to the Blackfin Processors community.
sorry, you have to learn to ask question giving all relevant details.
What should we tell about a pin, which does not exist? Precharge is a command, using control and address pins.
I know that precharge is a command, but its effect is controlled by a pin.
Given above is the datasheet of DDR, which states that it depends on A10 pin of DDR Device that whether all bank will be precharged or only one bank will be precharged.
And what is your question then?
At bf548 ddr controller which pin is serving the A10 pin off DDR device?
You can use the schematics of the Evaluation Board as a reference: A10 on the EBIU is used to serve A10.
