Can we interface an ADMP441 digital microphone with the EVAL-ADAU1761Z?
The digital microphone header (J4) that you're referencing is to connect the ADAU1761 to PDM microphones, like the ADMP521. If you're using the ADMP441, you should connect that to header J6 on the ADAU1761 evaluation board.
The names for the I2S signal pins are different between the ADAU1761 and ADMP441. Here is how the names match up. The ADAU1761 names are on the left, the ADMP441 names are on the right:
LRCLK --> WS
BCLK --> SCK
DAC_SDATA --> SD

The ADAU1761 also has inputs for two analog or PDM digital microphones. From a system architecture point of view, I think that it only makes sense to use the ADMP441 with this codec if those other inputs are already used for other microphones or line inputs.
