why the band of interest for metering is up to 2 KHz?, if the anti-alias filters have a Cutoff Frequency of 4.8 KHz, or why the Cutoff Frequency of the anti-alias filters is 4.8 KHz?
why the band of interest for metering is up to 2 KHz?
The band of interest in metering is up to 2 KHz because the harmonics of 50Hz/60Hz input till 2 KHz need to be measured for compliance to certain standards. So it is required to allow all signals below 2 KHz without attenuation into the ADE chip and the chip will select the fundamental frequency appropriately.
