Page 16 of the spec. sheets states "If the die temperature rises above 120°C, a logic high is output on this pin." Page 6 of the Evaluation Board User Guide (UG-360) shows this signal as being active low. Which is correct?
I can confirm that when there is no thermal warning state, the logic is high at the pin. the signal will go low once the the state is encountered.

Has there been an errata raised on this part as the datasheet has not been updated after 2 years of it originally being reported. We have been de-bugging our PCB and I have just found this post that states there might not be a problem. I cannot find this issue mentioned in any of Analog's documentation.
