I user adv7611 to receive HDMI. When plug in HDMI, CVDD power down to 1.1V. If I disconnect HDMI cable, CVDD power up to 1.8V.
Any ideal about it?
I woud guess that one of your HDMI lines is shorted to ground when the cable is plugged in.
I just test all the pin for HDMI input when plugged in. I cannot find any HDMI lines have been shorted. input HDMI working fine, but the problem still same as before.
on ADV7611 chip, I connected CVDD,DVDD and PVDD together(Pin 2,14,24,40,52,5,60) and than connect to 1.8V. Is that correct?
So the part is working fine?
That is not how our eval boards work. They can all come from the same supply, but the CVDD, DVDD, and PVDD should be filtered from each other.
If things are working, my guess is that the voltage drop is because the current draw is pushing your power source.
I have found it is 1.8V power supply problem. The power supply chip maximum is 150mA. I have to change a 1A chip.
Thanks for Dave's help.
