Opamps driving coaxial cables

Hello.

I understand well that this might be inappropriate but I got lost a little and I need some help.

I'm looking for an opamp with enough output current to drive a 5 meters long 50Om coaxial cable (back-terminated) which would be used to transmit a 10 MHz square shaped reference for an RF synthesizer located some distance away. Application is single supply, the intrinsic noise and distortions are better to be as low as possible (as of now I can't be quite specific about actual figures), so I guess current-feedback opamps are not desirable.

Could you please point out for me possible options

Thank you in advance
