Hello, I was wondering whether the equations on the DataSheet page 23 is wrong. I would believe that it should be:

Phase Step = pi * M / 2 ^ 15     for radians.

Phase Step = 45 * M / 2 ^ 13     for degrees instead. And:

Amplitude Step = I_FS * M / 2 ^ 12     for amplitude.

This at least represents the "Rising Delta Sweep Parameter Word" that the evaluation software uses. Where Frequency is represented by 8 hexidecimals, Phase 4 and Amplitude Amplitude 3. Or have I misunderstood the point of these equations?
