Can I drag Left channel to DAC0, inverted left to DAC1. Same to right channel, to DAC 2&3. So I can get differential audio signal. Am I right?

Since everything in SigmaDSP happens for each sample interval, your differential outputs will remain exactly out of phase.
I see. One sample delay will be added to inverted channel.
So I think I can add a small function block to the none-inverted channel, which does not affect signal but delay one sample clock. Then 2 channels will be balanced. Can you recommend this block? Thanks.
The invert block doesn't add any delay, it only multiplies its input by minus-1 and immediately makes the result available to the next block in your signal flow. For example. in the flow shown the two signals cancel exactly, resulting in zero (invisible response) over the whole frequency range:
Thus you need not place any compensating delay in your non-inverting outputs.
