ADCMP609 negative threshold level

Hi,

 

Depending on setting the reference voltage and the hysteresis, the lower threshold voltage of the hysteresis may become the negative voltage.

I show a concrete example below.

 

My customer uses a circuit such as the above.

In this case, the hysteresis voltage is about 80mV, therefore -VH/2 is -10mV(=30mV - 80mV/2).

So my question is,
If the input is less than -10mV, does the output become the high level?
