It seems im having some problem with the ADT7410 on high temp.

My pcb is an a climate chamber cycling between 25 to 125 °C (4 hours ramp up)

It seems everything is going wel and i can read out temperature until +110°C... then the sensor is outputting rubbish

(even the signed bit is becomming one)

Did someone ever encounter this behaviour?

My sensor is in continous comparator mode!

I already tried

- reduce I2C clock to 2Khz

- I2C communcation (with scope) seems to be ok until high temp

- reset and reconfig on every temp readout
