Does the AD7195 Use An Averaging Filter At Slower Output Data Rates

We have been using the AD7799 Analog to Digital Converter chip on our controller board for weigh scale applications for the past couple of years.  We have had good success, but for some of our applications we need a faster output data rate.  We recently replaced the AD7799 chip on our controller board with the AD7195 high speed chip.  The datasheet for the AD7799 on page 19 says that "When the update rate ranges from 4.17 Hz to 12.5 Hz, a sinc3 filter, along with an averaging filter, is used.  Does the AD7195 use an averaging filter at any of the slower output data rates like the AD7799?  Any additional information on when additional filters are employed at certain output data rates for the AD7195 would be appreciated.
