How to increase stack size on BF537?

I am running a BF537 with 132K on-chip memory on a Tiny board. After adding some new code, I am getting a kernel panic with code kStackCheckFailure.

My first instinct on this was to increase the stack size for the thread with the new code. The stack for that thread is allocated from the system_heap. No matter what I do I cannot increase the stack size for the thread beyond 1450bytes--I get a kernel panic with code ThreadError on running the code if it's above the 1450. I've tried increasing the size of the system_heap but still can't go above 1450. It seems there is room in L1 for this but something is causing a problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Ryan
