ADV7842 decolder in bf609 EZ Board

I am interested in Analog Devices video decoder/encoder chip, p/n ADV7842,and I have configed linux kernel and buildroot used make linux-menuconfig and make menuconfig,my configuration is as follows:

 

first :execute make menuconfig

After the build is complete, after the runs on the Board, in the/dev/directory not found video 0 equipment??????
