Hello Analog Devices,
First I'd like to say that I'm not quite sure if this question should be in this forum or in the one addressing FPGAs. I hope your administrator will move it if it should be posted in the FPGA forum ...
I'm considering buying the EVAL-AD7760EDZ and EVAL-CED1Z , however, need to be able to:
- sample continuously and contiguously for some hours
- and also to save the recorded file in an accessible format (i.e. not a proprietary format)
Reading the documentation for the evaluation kit I can't see if this is what actually happens, i.e. that the software records all data continuously and when I then choose "file - save raw data" that it will save all the data recorded from the start of the recording in one contiguous file. Might one of you know if this is the case and also if the file format is "accessible", that is not proprietary?
I would very much appreciate information on this as I find the evaluation kit most interesting.
