Could I use ADAU1701 to detector 32.768K signal? Thank you.

In order to get a bandwidth of up to 33 kHz, you will need to configure the ADAU1701 to run at a 96 kHz sampling rate. You can do that by following this tutorial: http://ez.analog.com/docs/DOC-1431
An easy way to detect the energy in a given band is to use a narrow bandpass filter:
