Source not connected to assembly?

I've been using VDSP for a while, but this is a new one for me.  I've loaded the JPEG Library BF561 project, and I modified the pointers etc to read the raw image from SDRAM instead of from file.  It compiles, links, and runs through the emulator on the EZ-Lite kit.  However, I can't set breakpoints in the source window.  The source file is not associated with the emulator disassembly window.  I can see the my own labels in the assembly window, and memory regions are being written, so I know it's running the right code.  I am using the XML setup, and have not changed anything that would explain this.

It showed normal behavior yesterday with a SHARC project.

Any idea how/why this is happening?

TIA.

Dan
