Linking a Library (BF561)

Branched to a new discussion

As noted earlier, I'm new to the Blackfin, but not so new to the VDSP IDDE.  I haven't done much tweaking of the LDF yet.

I am importing the ADI JPEG library without source code, and I am getting the linker error that it doesn't know where to put the code.  According to the ReadMe, it should go in L1 or L2, depending on available space.

What adjustments to the LDF do I need to make to resolve the following message:

[Warning li2060]  The following input section(s) that contain program code
        and/or data have not been placed into the executable for processor 'p0'
        as there are no relevant commands specified in the LDF:

        .\JPEG\Lib-Production\libadi_jpeg_encoder_bf.dlb[JPEG_api_common.doj](JPEGENC_D0)
        .\JPEG\Lib-Production\libadi_jpeg_encoder_bf.dlb[JPEG_api_common.doj](JPEG_P0)
        .\JPEG\Lib-Production\libadi_jpeg_encoder_bf.dlb[JPEG_api.doj](JPEGENC_P0)
        .\JPEG\Lib-Production\libadi_jpeg_encoder_bf.dlb[JPEG_encode_baseline.doj](JPEGENC_D0)
        .\JPEG\Lib-Production\libadi_jpeg_encoder_bf.dlb[JPEG_encode_baseline.doj](JPEGENC_P0)

The LDF is attached.  I have not edited it either manually or from the LDF expert.

TIA;

Dan
