Can someone explain me which differences between logical level and physical level of a GPIO ?

Actually, they are not correct. But the meaning is like this:
Pyhsical level -> The level that you can measure, either high or low.
Logical level -> In case of a gpio pin, which is configured for input and edge sensitive, the logical level is high, if an edge was detected and low, if not. This is regardless what the physical state might be at the time when reading the respective gpio register.
