Write Data into a '.txt' File Using BF537

Hi guys,

     I tried using the BF537 to write an array into a '.txt' file. However, much to my dismay, I really was not able to do so. My codes actually worked perfectly fine with the Microsoft Visual C++ environment; but they did not work when I used them in VisualDSP.

These are my codes:

section ("sdram0") double dotproduct1[16];

FILE *fp;

void main()

{int count;

fp = fopen("file.txt","wb");

count = fwrite(dotproduct1, sizeof(double), 16, fp);

if(count!=16){

printf("write was unsuccessful\n");

}

}

     Are they enough to write the values of dotproduct1 into a '.txt' file? Do I need to do something special in order for them to work? Again, I need your help guys. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

     Allan
