May the INPUT/OUTPUT ports work in master mode at the same time?
If all work in master mode, the CLOCKs source is the same "MASTER CLOCKs"? or the input/output master source is not same(synchronous).
Sorry for the late reply. We're still catching up after the late December / early January company shutdown.
The ADAU1446 can have both input and output ports running in master mode at the same time. In fact, if the ADAU1446 is the clock master in the system, all serial ports should be running off a single clock, which can be output from any BCLK/LRCLK pin pair corresponding to an active serial port.
If the ADAU1446 is a slave to an external clock, that clock domain (both BCLK and LRCLK) must be provided to one pin pair on the input side and one pin pair on the output side.
